K-tuned Aluminium sandwichplate / oil filter adapter oil cooler with thermostat.
The K-Tuned Oil Sandwich Plate is the perfect upgrade for K series engines, combining high-performance design with practical features. Made from high-quality aluminum, it allows for easy installation of an aftermarket oil cooler while solving common issues found in similar products. The secure center spout design, locked with a set screw, prevents it from backing out when removing an oil filter. A built-in hook offers the option to secure the filter with a wire for extra stability.
Ideal for street-driven vehicles, the thermostatic port lets oil bypass the cooler until it reaches 180°F (82°C), ensuring efficient warm-up. The plate uses -10 AN fittings with keyed pins to prevent loosening during installation and removal of cooler lines. For added functionality, it includes two 1/8" NPT ports labeled "NFO" (Non-Filtered Oil) for oil-related sensors.
