Payments are securely processed through our partner Buckaroo. Once you place your order, you will be redirected to a secure payment environment.

With a bank transfer, you send the due amount directly from your bank account to our bank account. Always include your invoice number and payment reference in the description so we can quickly identify and process your payment. Processing times for bank transfers may vary, but it typically takes 1 to 3 business days for the payment to be received and processed. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation by email and we will begin processing your order.

iDEAL is a Dutch payment system that allows you to pay directly via your own bank. Wero is the new European successor that works across multiple European countries. It builds on the same concept and offers a similar payment experience, but with cross-border functionality. iDEAL will eventually be phased out and fully integrated into Wero.

Klarna is a Swedish payment service that allows you to make online purchases and pay later. You select Klarna at checkout in our webshop, receive your order first, and pay afterwards—within 30 days of your order being processed.

Did your payment fail or are you having trouble completing your payment online? We're here to help! If you have made a payment and the amount has been debited from your account but is not yet linked to your order, please contact us by email. Include a photo or screenshot of the payment so we can verify it more quickly. Please note: some payment methods (such as bank transfer) may have a delay, and processing can take longer than usual.

Creditcard (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) 1.5% transaction fee Pay securely worldwide with your credit card. Your purchase is often automatically insured.
Apple Pay No transaction fees Pay quickly and securely using your Apple device.
PayPal 1.5% transaction fee Pay with your PayPal wallet or linked bank account/credit card. Includes PayPal Purchase Protection.
Klarna - Pay After Delivery 4.5% transaction fee Receive your parts first and pay later. The entire process is handled by Klarna.
Riverty - Pay After Delivery 4.5% transaction fee Receive your parts first and pay later. The entire process is handled by Riverty.
Bizum No transaction fees Bizum is a local Spanish A2A (account-to-account) payment method that enables instant payments via banking apps. It offers potential coverage of up to 99% of bank accounts in Spain.
Bancontact No transaction fees Pay quickly and securely with your Bancontact card.
Przelewy24 €0.99 transaction fee Przelewy24 (P24) is part of PayPro S.A. and is one of the largest local online payment providers in Poland.
Cash / Card on Collection No transaction fees Collect your order by appointment at our warehouse. You can pay on the spot in cash or by card.
