SpeedFactory Copper exhaust manifold gasket (Honda K-serie engines)
80% of the products in our store are in internal or external stock and we can often process your order quickly (varying from a few hours to a number of business days).
Naturally it is possible that a product has an (unexpected) longer delivery time.
Upon receipt of your order, we will always inform you about this and offer any available alternatives.
We deliberately provide stock information about our products afterwards, because many suppliers do not offer a ''stock link system'' and we do not want to show '' estimates '' in advance, like many other webshops do (which are often incorrect and give you wrong information in advance).
We only want to give our customers actual information on the moment of processing the order so we don't mislead our customers.
If you need a product VERY quickly and you need to be sure that we have it in stock, please e-mail or call us or send a message via ''ask a question about this product''.
SpeedFactory Copper exhaust manifold gasket.
SpeedFactory Racing precision fit copper exhaust manifold gaskets are engineered for high-performance and turbocharged applications to withstand extreme exhaust temperatures and pressures. Manufactured from solid copper, these reusable gaskets conform easily to irregular surfaces, providing an exceptional seal that stabilizes temperatures and eliminates heat-related failures.
Features:
- Manufactured from 0.039 inch (1.0mm) solid copper for optimal sealing in racing and turbocharged applications
- Integrated embossments conform to irregular surfaces and increase clamp load around each exhaust port
- High thermal conductivity helps stabilize temperatures and prevent gasket blowout
- Durable and reusable design built for high-performance street, drag race, and extreme heat environments
Specifications:
- Material: Solid copper (0.039 inch / 1.0mm thickness)
- K Series Specs: 0.061 inch (1.55mm) embossments with 0.100 inch (2.55mm) total gasket thickness around exhaust ports
Installation Notes:
- Position the flat side towards the cylinder head and the embossments towards the exhaust manifold
- Work from the center outward in a criss-cross pattern, torquing to the proper specification for your hardware
- Repeat the torque sequence until the gasket embossments stop compressing
- Re-torque after cooling following one heavy heat cycle to ensure a complete seal
