The AEM 24-6106C dual-chamber air intake system is designed to maximise the power and torque of specific Acura RSX Type-S models by utilising a patented dual-chamber design. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced by this AEM dual-chamber air intake system. Air flows into the system via an extra-large, synthetic, washable AEM Dryflow air filter, ensuring excellent airflow, filtration and performance. The sound your engine makes whilst accelerating has also been tuned to a fuller, more aggressive tone, allowing you to hear and feel the power gain.
The intake tubes are made from mandrel-bent aluminium with a durable, gunmetal grey powder coating. This air intake system is designed to accommodate the engine’s factory emission control components, including the vent hose, vacuum hose and intake air temperature sensor. The tapered, cylindrical AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter medium that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required (depending on driving conditions).
