JDM Nippon Racing Full Floating RBB TSX Pistons
K-Series Flat Top K24A2 TSX RBB Floating Piston and Ring set. Complete set of 4 brand new pistons and rings. Nippon Racing Hypereutectic RBB pistons are a perfect addition to any K-Series low boosted engine build. These pistons are a naturally low compression design.
Made with proprietary 2618 centrifugally cast aluminum alloy, which ensure a strong piston designed to be used under harsh conditions.
Compression with be be approximately 9.3:1 in most K-Series 87mm BLOCKS AND HEADS. If you are looks to calculate a more precise estimate based on your build, lease use the calculator found via this link (>><<).
Nippon Racing RBB pistons are heat treated and are equipped with 4 cryogenically heat treated 22mm wrist pins and teflon coated skirts with 8 spiro locks. All Nippon Racing piston sets are weight matched to +/- 1 gram. True high performance piston rated at a maximum 500hp.
This is a full floating piston set and will work with both OEM rods and most aftermarket rod sets. Acura K24A2 TSX/ Honda Accord Type-S K24 Design.
Nippon Racing Pistons are made using 2618 alloy and a proprietary centrifugal spin casting process. As well as a 6 step heat treatment process to insure a piston as hard as many forged pistons, but with a mush lower expansion rate. Meaning that they will out preform OEM pistons by as much as 300% with prolonged engine life.
