The HKS Power Editor is a next generation boost controller that enables boost pressure increase of the vehicles equipped with the electric or negative pressure control type actuators.
- The Power Editor is installed between the boost pressure control sensor and ECU to increase boost pressure
- Vehicle specific kits are pre-programmed with recommended boost increase and include harness for easy installation
- Can be connected to a PC using USB and the Easy Writer software can be downloaded from the HKS website
- Reset connector is included to reset the data back to factory settings after installation
- Easy Writer for Power Editor is available to edit the preset data. To edit by Easy Writer, connect Power Editor and PC using the provided USB harness.
- Replacing Power Editor with the provided reset connector can reset the data to the original and easily check the difference.
- Ideal for both MT & AT vehicle lightly tuned with aftermarket exhaust system, air cleaner, and/or catalyzer.

Type-R has the engine with originally overwhelming engine output. With Power Editor, the torque increases over the entire speed range, and driving becomes more powerful.

- This product is designed to be installed to a stock vehicle or vehicle that HKS products are installed.
- This product is to increase the boost pressure of the vehicle with stock turbine and not designed to use with the vehicle the upgraded turbo.
- This product is for a stock ECU data and not available to use with a customized data prepared by a ReFlash tool.
