The H-Gear header is a popular upgrade for Civic owners regarded as being the best value aftermarket header that still retains a flexi section, allowing for some freedom of movement. Many other solid headers can eventually crack due to the continual stress of the engine bucking backwards and forwards. One solution is to use stiffer engine mounts, or a torque damper to limit the engine's movement - the other solution is to buy a header with a proper exhaust flexi in the first place. H-Gear exhaust manifold fabrication is stellar, expect a quality product at a good price.
H-Gear headers and exhaust systems are manufactured using CNC machined flanges and mandrel bent T-304 stainless steel tubing. All headers have precision fit merge collectors and all joints are TIG welded for durability and appearance. All mufflers are polished stainless steel with a polished stainless steel resonated tip and have been tuned to give a deep aggressive exhaust note, without being too loud.

Difference between ''Pro-Line'' and ''Tuner line'' H-gear products?
The difference between an Tuner-line and Pro-line product has been created, so we can make 2 different collections in our own product range.
The Pro-Line is in general a slightly higher grade in a slightly higher price range, compared to the Tuner-line. Often noticable in the final finish and durability of the product.
This does not mean that the Tuner-line products are ''bad quality'' but are in general an affordable alternative for those who don't need the high grade of the Pro-Line products.
